Zinc Kompakt
- General Details
Until now, the use of steel panel radiators has been limited to rooms with a low relative humidity of 30 to 60%. By changing the surface finish, it is now possible to use these radiators in humid environments such as toilets, swimming pools, relaxation and wellness centers. At first glance, the galvanized radiator is indistinguishable from a conventional radiator. But the difference is big. A layer of zinc is electrolytically applied to the cleaned and degreased surface of the manufactured radiator. This layer forms the basis of protecting the radiator from corrosive environments. The zinc layer is then applied to the same surface treatment as for conventional production. The result is a radiator in the shade RAL 9016. In order for the corrosion protection of the products to be perfect, the range of galvanized radiators is limited to types without convector plates. The maximum length of the galvanized radiator is 2000 mm.
The range and heat outputs of galvanized radiators are identical to hygienic radiators.
